Who We Serve

How to Apply

Submit an
Interest Form
Start by filling out our Client Interest Form. This short form tells us about your current housing situation, income, and what you’re looking for.
Brief Screening
Conversation

After you submit the form, someone from our team will contact you to:

  • Learn more about your needs
  • Answer any questions you have
  • Explain how shared housing works
  • Make sure it’s a good fit for you

This can happen over the phone, by text, or in person.

Review Housing
Options

If it’s a good match, we’ll walk you through:

  • The homes available (or coming soon)
  • How rent works based on your income
  • What to expect in shared living

You’ll also get a copy of our House Rules and have the chance to ask questions before making any decisions.

Complete Move-In
Steps

If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll help you:

  • Sign a simple roommate agreement
  • Submit proof of income and ID
  • Finalize your move-in date

Some clients may move in within a few days depending on space availability.
